We’re excited to announce our annual fundraiser is back and better than before.
Take the plunge ‘virtually’ anytime between Friday August 19 – Sunday August 21, 2022 or join us and former South African Olympic swimmer, Doug Erasmus, at the St Benedict’s College Outdoor Pool on Saturday 20 August from 9:00am – 12:00pm to raise funds for Hospice East Rand.
You can choose whether you want to take the plunge or just purchase a ticket in support of our cause.

All you need to do is purchase a ticket at R50.00 per ticket, have someone video/photograph you making your big splash and upload it to Facebook or Instagram with #HERPolarPlunge and you could stand the chance of winning one of these amazing prizes:

Take the plunge.
Take your polar plunge wherever you want, in a swimming pool, a lake, a dam or even the bath. You can do it on your own or as a group we really don’t mind.
Step Three
Upload your proof.
Upload your photos or video on social media using #HERPolarPlunge so we can see your plunge. Don’t forget to tag us @HospiceEastRand on Facebook and Instagram.
